Healthy Shamrock Shake


1 cup coconut milk

1 cup ice

½ avocado

1 scoop Nitrogreens powder

1 scoop vanilla protein powder like Veg-E Complete

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

1 handful fresh mint leaves to taste

1 handful spinach

Splash of MCT oil

Raw honey or maple syrup to taste (just a little bit!)


1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

2. Garnish with your choice of toppings.
