Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

1 scoop protein powder

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup raw milk

3 Tbsp nut butter

2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate chips made with coconut sugar (optional)

Berries (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend well until smooth.

3. If adding any extras such as chocolate chips or berries, stir in. Transfer the dough to 2 ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

4. Serve warm and enjoy!
