Garlic Roasted Radishes


1 lb. fresh radishes, halved

1 Tbsp. melted butter (or ghee)

1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp dried parsley, chives or dill

2 cloves garlic, minced

Optional toppings: Ranch dressing for drizzling or fresh parsley, dill or chives as garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the radishes, butter, herbs, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread radishes out in a single layer in a large 9×13 inch baking dish
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, add the minced garlic and toss. Return to oven to bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until radishes are golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
  5. Serve for Ranch dressing or fresh herbs as desired.
