Everyone's excited for the challenge of our January Cleanse!  Let's turn our minds toward a healthy new year, and drop those unhealthy habits (and pounds) that snuck up on us last month.

Get ready to reset your body and mind with delightful homemade and satisfying foods.  We have everything you need - right here - to prepare your pantry and nourish your tummy and your soul.

Reminder:  During the Cleanse, we avoid wheat, dairy, corn, soy, sugar, alcohol, coffee, inflammatory oils, nuts, and beans.  Avoid white potatoes and most flours.  Avoid eggs if you've never eliminated them before.  Avoid meat during the first 10 days if you're up for the challenge.

Consume:  All the vegetables, especially ones you haven't tried before.  Lentils are very satisfying, but just like broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage, can cause a lot of gas.  (FODMATE and Enzycore are good digestive aids to help with gas).  Sweet potatoes are ok.  All seeds are ok.

Learn how to make your own homemade bone broth, and homemade seed butters, and alternative milks, if you can.  Consume lots of water and try a few new herbal teas!
